Margo’s Catering

The Laurie Preschool and Martin J. Gottlieb Day School offer a kosher snack and lunch program through Margo’s Catering, the JJC’s exclusive in-house catering service, supervised by Senior Rabbinic Chair, Rabbi Jonathan Lubliner, to ensure the highest in kashrut standards. Students are offered monthly menus for flexibility or a year-round option for ultimate convenience. Our menus offer several daily options and evolve alongside changing nutritional standards and values. Whether it is grilled cheese on wheat bread, whole grain muffins or a vegetable option, you can rest assured your child is receiving a delicious and well-balanced meal.

For school celebrations, favorites include fun fruit “cakes” and custom pastries such as cupcakes, custom cakes and other delectable confections. Otherwise, all outside snacks must be approved prior to the event to ensure the integrity of our school-wide kashrut policy.
